Direct Sales Coordinator


 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all direct to opinion leader sales promotions centered around our web store
  • Generate e-mail promotions including content and images
  • Process orders submitted from our web store
  • Manage inventory assessment and out of stock messages for web store
  • Build and maintain analytical tools including presenting direct sales numbers during weekly sales meeting
  • Work with 3rd party direct selling partners including Experticity and Outdoor Pro Link
  • Responsible for images and product content on web store
  • Communicate promotions schedule with customer service and sales department, marketing and others regularly
  • Help with organizing and coordinating Mountain Pro program
  • Manage other online product content requests from REI, Backcountry.com, GSA, etc.
  • Supply sales reps with direct sales tools, which includes direct codes and LTS numbers
  • Participate in customer service daily operations

Required Qualifications:

Key skills and attributes

  • FileMaker experience a plus
  • Good communication skills across departments and user experience levels
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Able to work independently and accomplish goals on schedule
